    Shipping & Retruns Policy

     

    Please note: We will always try and dispatch your order the same day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). However, for reasons beyond our control (e.g. exceptionally busy periods) this may not always be possible. We ask for your patience during these times, and you can be assured your order will be dispatched at the next available opportunity. 

    Please note: Our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays so please account for this when placing orders. Small orders can be delivered on a Saturday for a surcharge.

    Please read the following terms and if there is anything you may be unsure of do not hesitate to contact us. 

    1.0 Shipping

    Zodiac have partnered up with two of the leading courier services in the UK with Palletways and DPD. Doing so allows us to offer more flexible delivery options and a more efficient service, meaning we can supply in full, and on time to all of our key accounts.

    All Orders (including Web/Online/Telephone/Email): 

    1.1.2 Deliveries to the UK Mainland (Standard)

    • Orders over £250 include FREE delivery
    • Orders under £250 will incur a £6.95 delivery charge (except "Pallet Surcharge")

    1.1.3 

    • Same Day Dispatch on all orders placed before 12:00pm
    • Products marked "Pallet Surcharge" will incur an additional surcharge of £30 for orders below £200. For orders placed via the web, this will be added on once the order has been received by our sales department
    • AM & "pre 10.30am" Options are available at additional cost for DPD orders but not for pallets: please contact the sales office if you require earlier deliveries *not available for orders placed after 12 noon
    • Saturday all day delivery will incur a £15 delivery charge 
    • Saturday delivery before 12pm will incur a £25 delivery charge 

    1.2 Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Eire

    • Orders over £500 include FREE delivery
    • Orders below £500 will incur a £100 carriage charge
    • Same Day Dispatch on all orders placed before 12 noon
    • There are no timed options available

    1.3 Isle of Man/Scottish Highlands & Islands

    • Orders over £500 include FREE delivery
    • Orders below £500 will incur a £100 carriage charge
    • Same Day Dispatch on all orders placed before 12 noon
    • There are no timed options available

    We will always try and dispatch your order the same day. However, for reasons beyond our control (e.g. exceptionally busy periods) this may not always be possible. You will be kept updated and informed throughout and your order will be shipped at the next available opportunity. 

    If your whole consignment is not received within 14 days please notify our queries department immediately by emailing queries@zodiacspco.co.uk so we can follow it up with our carriers. Queries sent later than 14 days may be rejected.

    2.0 Delivery Lead Times

    At Zodiac, we understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders quickly. That's why we aim for same-day dispatch, ensuring that all orders placed before 12pm are shipped out on the same day and delivered the next working day. However, please be aware that some areas may take 2-3 days for delivery.

    • Scottish Highlands: FK 17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40 (excluding PA38), PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
    • Scottish Islands 2–5-day delivery- HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

    3.0 Returns

    If you need to return a product, Zodiac will make every effort to keep the after sales process as simple as possible. Please check our Return Policy below.

    For the return of correctly supplied goods there will be a minimum 25% restocking fee deducted at point of credit. Goods must be new, unused and in original packaging, with no labels or damage. Please email queries@zodiacspco.co.uk for any returns of goods. At Zodiacs discretion as we do hold the right to refuse. 

    • Damages/Shortages/Pricing - must be advised within 3 days of receipt of order.
    • Photographic evidence must be provided for damaged goods
    • Missing/undeliveredconsignments need to be reported within 14 days of placing the order.
    • Electrical goods have a 12 months warranty. 
    • For returns of correctly supplied goods, a restocking fee will be deducted from the credit. Please contact our queries team for further information on how to return goods.

    • Please note: The Company does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
