Please note: We will always try and dispatch your order the same day (Monday to Friday). However, for reasons beyond our control (e.g. exceptionally busy periods) this may not always be possible. We ask for your patience during these times and you can be assured your order will be dispatched at the next available opportunity. *Please note our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays so please account for this when placing orders.

Small orders can be delivered on a Saturday for a surcharge.

Please read the following terms and if there is anything you may be unsure of do not hesitate to contact us. 


Zodiac have partnered up with two of the leading courier services in the UK with Palletways and DPD. Doing so allows us to offer more flexible delivery options and a more efficient service, meaning we can supply in full, and on time to all of our key accounts.

1.1 Deliveries to the UK Mainland (Standard):
1.1.2 Online Orders Only:

  • Orders over £200 include FREE delivery
  • Orders under £200 will incur a £6.95 delivery charge (except "Pallet Surcharge")

1.1.3 All Orders (including Online/Telephone/Email/Fax): 

  • Same Day Dispatch on all orders placed before 2.00pm* 
  • Products marked 'Pallet Surcharge' will incur an additional surcharge of £10 for orders below £200
  • AM & "pre-10.30am" options are available at additional cost for DPD orders but not for pallets: please contact the sales office if you require earlier deliveries
  • Saturday delivery: please contact the sales office for price options

1.2 Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Eire

  • Orders over £300 include FREE delivery
  • Orders below £300 will incur a £30 carriage charge
  • Same Day Dispatch on all orders placed before 2.00pm* 
  • There are no timed options available

1.3 Isle of Man/Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Orders over £250 include FREE delivery
  • Orders below £250 will incur a £25 carriage charge
  • Same Day Dispatch on all orders placed before 2.00pm* 
  • There are no timed options available

*If your whole consignment is not received within 14 days please notify our queries department immediately by emailing so we can follow it up with our carriers. Queries sent later than 14 days may be rejected.


At Zodiac, we understand the importance of our customers receiving their order(s) promptly. That is why we offer Same Day Dispatch which promises to ship all orders placed before 2pm* the same day, ready to deliver orders the very next working day. Unfortunately, some exceptions apply and the following areas may take 2-3 days:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Isles

It’s never fun when your product develops a fault, so Zodiac (the Company) will endeavour to make your after-service process as simple and as pain-free as possible. Please familiarise yourself with our ‘Returns Policy’ prior to making your purchase:

  • After delivery of the goods, to the Customer such goods shall be at the Customers sole risk.
  • The customer shall keep the goods fully insured until such time as the title to the goods passes to the Customer.
  • The Company undertakes to replace free of charge any goods lost or damaged in transit in which event the time for delivery of such goods shall be extended for such period as the Company reasonably requires for such replacement. It is a condition precedent of this undertaking that:
    • The Customer shall give the Company reasonable opportunity to examine such damaged goods and the packing materials containing or which should have contained such lost or damaged goods;
    • The Customer shall, if requested by the Company to do so, forthwith return any damaged goods to the Company at the Customer’s own expense.
  • For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise ''as new'' condition, complete with any accessories and if possible, with the original box and packaging
  • If you are the ‘consumer’ you must report the fault to your original place of purchase
  • Damages/Shortages have to be advised within 3 days of receipt of the order
  • You must take photographic evidence of damaged goods and packaging inside and outside the box(es) along with a photo of the courier parcel label
  • Shortages - please check boxes/pallets for damage or tampering
  • If obvious parcel damage is noticed upon initial receipt, please record this on the drivers delivery note 
  • Missing/Undelivered consignments need to be reported within 14 days of order placement
  • Claims made for faulty items must be reported within 12 months of purchase and may need returning
  • Electrical goods have a 12 month warranty
  • Failure to comply with the above may result in the rejection of Claims
  • RETURNS - For the return of correctly supplied goods there will be a minimum 25% restocking fee deducted at point of credit. Goods must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Goods will need to be returned to us unless otherwise agreed in which instance a quote for collection costs will be advised.
  • Refunds for faulty goods include the applicable delivery charge and you will not be charged for collection. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery

Please note that credit notes and replacements can only be accepted if the goods have been sent directly from ourselves at Zodiac. Once goods have been delivered from Zodiac they are no longer insured by us, should damage to goods occur after delivery on the customer’s premises or thereafter. 

Should goods be re dispatched after receipt from Zodiac we will not be held liable for any damage that occurs in transit. This includes customer orders sent to Amazon fulfilment centres/ FBA orders.

Goods need to be checked upon receipt from Zodiac and at this point we will need to be notified as per our claims procedure.

*For audit reasons all queries must be in writing. We will ask for any verbal queries to be sent to us in writing for reference purposes


The Customer can cancel their order at any time before the goods are dispatched for a full refund. If the goods have already been delivered to the Customer there may be a 25% handling charge – please refer to our ‘Returns policy’ (above).


In the event of any breach by the Company of any obligation it may have in respect of any goods supplied pursuant to the Contract under the provisions of Section 14 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the Company undertakes to repair or, if the Company so desires, replace, free of charge, any such goods provided that they are returned by the customer carriage paid to the company’s works. It is a condition precedent of this undertaking that the Customer shall:

  • Give immediate notice in writing to the Company of any alleged defect in the goods
  • Allow the Company reasonable opportunity to inspect such goods at the Customer’s premises prior to returning them to the Company.

Please note: The Company does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.



Zodiac Stainless Products Company comply with all we Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations. That includes the recently introduced 2013 regulations which came into effect as of January 1st, 2014, replacing the previous 2006 regulations. We promise to take back end of life WEEE items that were originally sold by Zodiac Stainless Products.

Zodiac Stainless Products will recover and responsibly dispose of end of life WEEE items in accordance with European regulations.
