Please note: Our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays so please account for this when placing orders. Small orders can be delivered on a Saturday for a surcharge.

1.0 Shipping
Zodiac have partnered up with two of the leading courier services in the UK with Palletways and DPD. Doing so allows us to offer more flexible delivery options and a more efficient service, meaning we can supply in full, and on time to all of our key accounts.

We will always try and dispatch your order the same day. However, for reasons beyond our control (e.g. exceptionally busy periods) this may not always be possible. You will be kept updated and informed throughout and your order will be shipped at the next available opportunity.
If your whole consignment is not received within 14 days please notify our queries department immediately by emailing queries@zodiacspco.co.uk so we can follow it up with our carriers. Queries sent later than 14 days may be rejected.
2.0 Delivery Lead Times
At Zodiac, we understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders quickly. That's why we aim for same-day dispatch, ensuring that all orders placed before 12pm are shipped out on the same day and delivered the next working day. However, please be aware that some areas may take 2-3 days for delivery.

3.0 Returns
If you need to return a product, Zodiac will make every effort to keep the after sales process as simple as possible. Please check our Return Policy below.
For the return of correctly supplied goods there will be a minimum 25% restocking fee deducted at point of credit. Goods must be new, unused and in original packaging, with no labels or damage. Please email queries@zodiacspco.co.uk for any returns of goods. At Zodiacs discretion as we do hold the right to refuse.
