The use of non-abrasive materials such as rubber or plastic utensils is recommended when removing excess food as metal utensils may cause lasting damage to glazed surfaces. Furthermore, it is not advised that you wash porcelain items with metal items (such as cutlery) in the dishwasher. Our porcelain items are Dishwasher, Freezer, Microwave and Oven safe with a high resistance to chipping. What's more, although our Orion products are designed to withstand many pressures, please avoid where possible, sudden temperature changes (e.g. oven to freezer) as thermal shock may occur

Deliveries to the UK Mainland (Standard) :
  • Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 12 pm*
  • Orders over £250 include FREE delivery
  • Orders up to £249.99 will incur a £6.95 delivery charge
  • Products marked 'Pallet' will incur an additional surcharge of £30 for orders below £200. Surcharge will be applied when your order is processed by our system. 
  • "Next Day Before 12" Delivery is available and can be selected at checkout. £15 charge applies.
  • Please contact the sales office for price options for a Saturday delivery
* We will always try and dispatch your order the same day. However, for reasons beyond our control (e.g. exceptionally busy periods or credit limits) this may not always be possible. You will be kept updated and informed throughout and your order will be shipped at the next available opportunity.
