Our Stainless Steel Gastronorms are easy to clean, hygienic and extremely durable. As with all Stainless Steel products some considerable care is required in order to maintain it's shiny appearance. It's recommended that any excess food is removed from the Gastronorm to prevent staining. Furthermore, once the dishwashing cycle has ended, the item should be dried immediately.
